Happy Saturday!

I know it's muggy and overcast outside but I am in my "happy place" ~ my SpecialTea stamping room getting all of my ideas and supplies organized for our 1st Christmas Stamp a Stack on July 15th!!!!    The deadline to preregister and prepay is this MONDAY, July 1st (wow! it's here already!)

Choose the time that fits your schedule the best:  from 9 a.m. to noon or 6 - 9 p.m.  You will make a total of 16 cards (4 of each design) ~ and you know me, they won't be plain Jane cards ~ they are gorgeous!!!  The cost is only $25 and includes envelopes and 2 surprise products that you get to take home with you!  ( Hmmm...I don't think I've ever heard of that kind of deal from Hallmark ;)

Remember MONDAY is the deadline!  My order for supplies goes in Monday night at 9 p.m.
You will have So. Much. Fun!!! and you will learn so many new ways to use the tools/supplies you have!  Come join us!

Remember...this coming Monday is the deadline!!!
Look forward to seeing you there!   (Keep watching ... my samples are almost done...I can't wait to post a sneak peek!)

Remember, too, you can always order Stampin' Up! supplies 24-7 from my Stampin' Up! website www.specialteastamping.stampinup.net     I've posted some of the projects we've done recently on there too!  Check it out!

Exciting Classes Coming Up! and a few sneak peeks!!!

I'm so excited to be able to share my upcoming stamping schedule and photos and news with all of you in this (new for me) very fun way!  My techie daughter helped me load pictures from my camera today and so I think I'm ready to go!  (I do have a brief confession...and I think back to when I was trying to teach my mom something unfamiliar...I know my daughter was probably (mentally, at least) rolling her eyes thinking "I know I showed her how to do this at least ___ times before~too many times to say~but I am so very grateful for her patience with me.  And I'm smiling as I remember moments between my own mom and I.  Sweet memories that make me smile and warm my heart. In case I don't say it enough ~ Thanks Stac for all of your help!)

I wanted to take a quick moment to show you what you missed if you weren't with us on June 10th...It was my BOGO event and we had such a great time!  ...and bargains!!! oh my!!!

aren't these adorable?  Punches, pearls and washi tape...such fun and soooo easy to use! ...
and we always decorate our envelopes to coordinate too.  I try not to allow "naked" envelopes to leave my classes.

What's coming up next for SpecialTea Stampers?

Welcome to My Personal Blog

I am starting a journey into very unknown waters ... for me!  I rely on my children for their computer savvy-ness and they assure me that this is something I can do (and I know I will  LOVE  it once I get the jitters to go away!)

My goal is to share what I'm doing in my Stampin' Up! business as well as inspire you to bless someone's day with something special you have made just for them.  I'll be posting cards and projects from my classes  (past and future) and hopefully you will be able to join me in learning new techniques, how to use new products, and creating something pretty!  I know that for me, personally, being creative is essential.  I need a daily dose (I get kind of cranky actually when I have to go for periods when I don't get to be in my craft room).  It's therapy for me and I know how much my day is brightened when the postman brings me a special handmade card in the mail!  Hopefully we, together, can be that sunshine in someone's day.
